Welcome to Saint Paul College’s 并发mg电子试玩app Program! 教师 Liaisons are integral to the success of our 并发mg电子试玩app Program. 教师 Liaisons verify that High School 并发mg电子试玩app 教师 teach a rigorous, college-level course identical to that offered in an on-campus setting.

补偿

As a 教师 Liaison, you will be compensated for your time. Article 13 of the 2019-2021 MSCF Master Agreement, Section 10. PSEO/并发mg电子试玩app states: "Payment for assignments for mentoring/monitoring instruction in the college/high school credit programs shall be paid on a pro-rata credit equivalent basis. In no case shall an individual who does not meet minimum qualifications in the credential field of the course be assigned to mentor or do similar work. Liaisons for these programs shall be compensated at the rate of one (1) credit for the first time an 教师 is mentored in a course and one-half (½) credit each successive time."

教师 Liaisons complete an 协议的形式 which outlines the expectations of their role

To assure that all standards are the same for 并发mg电子试玩app Program courses and corresponding on-campus courses, 教师 Liaisons schedule at least one site visit (per semester class) with the High School 并发mg电子试玩app 教师. These visits serve as opportunities to discuss Course Outlines, 教学大纲, 教学风格, 学习风格, 评估标准, 评分标准, and grade distribution. Following this visit, 教师 Liaisons submit a detailed 并发mg电子试玩app Site 访问 Report. 教师 Liaisons will discuss their thoughts and observations with High School 并发mg电子试玩app 教师 prior to submitting any of their Site 访问 Reports to Saint Paul College. High School 并发mg电子试玩app 教师 are asked to submit a 反射 about this visit to their 教师 Liaison and Director of College 合作伙伴关系. 

In addition to the site visit, 教师 Liaisons are responsible for offering discipline specific professional development for each of their High School 并发mg电子试玩app 教师 once per academic year. The goal of this activity is to further collegial interaction and enhance instructors’ pedagogy and breadth of knowledge in the discipline. 教师 Liaisons complete a Professional Development Report and submit any supporting materials to the Director of College 合作伙伴关系.
